HOW DO I REGISTER?

HEaT has a waiting list for all programs for the 26/27 school year. In order to be placed on the waiting list, you must attend an in-person sneak peek. To register for a sneak peek, use the links below or email heatcomo@gmail.com. You will receive confirmation of your Sneak Peek registration within one week of completing the form, unless we are on a scheduled break. The Sneak Peek dates for the 26/27 school year are:

• October 1st, 2026 at 9:30 AM

• March 11th, 2027 at 9:30 AM
  

How long can I expect to be on the waiting list?

There are many factors that go into our ability to place students. It is important to place your family on the waiting list as soon as possible. Our preschool program has the shortest waiting list, while our elementary program has the longest expected wait time. We are typically able to place families within 3-4 semesters of being placed on the waiting list, sometimes as soon as the upcoming semester. However, as our program grows, there is no guarantee of placement. Please feel free to check-in on your family’s status at any time.
